History
Murrieta Development was established in 1981 with the vision of providing affordable local contracting as well as high paying skilled labor to meet the needs of the growing Southwest Riverside County Housing Market.
Today, Murrieta Development Company, under the Direction of Christene Close, has emerged as an industry leader in all civil engineering projects, with job sites covering the greater part of Southern California and emerging into other Western States. Continuing to successfully secure new contracts, the number of our employees and equipment has also grown to keep up with demand.
Now in 2024, MDC has over 100 employees. With a bright future ahead, we strive to constantly improve our process with an emphasis on safety and technology/advancements. We firmly believe this emphasis on safety and efficiency will allow us to continue “leading our industry from start to finish.”
